Updates on Families A family that came to us in a time of need is actually leaving the program early! The Kellys
have made it through some very difficult times and now Mary Beth has found a new job that will pay them enough to get
ahead. Along with that, little Claire will no longer need diapers from us. At a distribution, Mary Beth thanked us profusely
for all our help, saying " I don't know what we would have done without Baby Basics . . . maybe Claire leaving now
will make room for a new baby to get diapers."
So often we wonder where the help comes from once a family has moved beyond
needing diapers from Baby Basics. In this case, it is a joy to know that Baby
Basics indeed provided the safety net to catch a family that might have
otherwise fallen through the cracks, and that we were able to help until their
situation turned around.
